Hi, my name is Hannah H and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. With my experience in caring for individuals with Mild to profound Cognitive Impairments, autism, physical disabilities, communication difficulties and sensory impairments, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for those in need of care and support.
I am proud to offer my services on an hourly basis, as I believe that everyone deserves to lead an independent life and maintain their dignity. I have a genuine love for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and I am also experienced in catheter care. I firmly believe that a friendly face and companionship can make all the difference in someone's day.
Apart from my professional expertise, I also have a range of hobbies that keep me engaged and fulfilled. I enjoy taking long walks in nature, cooking and baking delicious meals, solving puzzles, and tending to my garden. I also value socializing and believe in the importance of meaningful connections.
I am fortunate to have the ability to drive, as well as my own car, making it easier for me to provide transportation to appointments or simply take my clients out for a change of scenery. Furthermore, I am flexible and adaptable in accommodating the needs of individuals with different care requirements.
